By using our website, submitting a form, subscribing to a plan, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, engage our services, or opt in to our text messaging program. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Our Services

Growth Lady provides CRM and sales pipeline setup, marketing automation, AI receptionist services, websites and funnels, social media marketing, SEO and reputation management, software development, UI/UX design, and related digital marketing services. The scope of each project or plan is based on the plan you select and the details agreed with you.

Plans, Billing, and Usage Charges

  1. Subscription plans: Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
  2. Usage charges: SMS, phone call, and email usage is billed separately at cost, based on your actual usage.
  3. One-time services: Setup, website, design, development, and other one-time services are billed as quoted before work begins.
  4. Price changes: We may change plan pricing with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Cancellations and Refunds

Monthly plans have no long-term contract and can be cancelled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel before your next billing date. [CONFIRM: Payments already made for the current billing period and for completed one-time services are non-refundable.]

Client Responsibilities

If you use our platform or services to contact your own customers, you are responsible for:

  1. Having proper consent before sending text messages, calls, or emails to your contacts
  2. Following all laws that apply to your communications, including anti-spam and telemarketing rules
  3. The accuracy of the information, content, and materials you provide to us

We may suspend services that are used to send spam or unlawful messages.

Your Data

The contacts and business data you add to your account belong to you. If you cancel, we can export your contact data for you on request before your account is closed.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Growth Lady. These Terms apply to that messaging program:

  1. Program description: We send messages related to your inquiries, consultations, appointment confirmations and reminders, account and service updates, and occasional promotions.
  2. Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  3. Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  4. Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
  5. Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@seedoradigital.com.
  6. Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Your mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property
